Does Goat Milk Laundry Soap Really Work?
Everyone wants to know if goat milk laundry soap really works…so join me on a journey as I put it to the Ultimate Test!
Oh yeah! That’s my dirt. Now before you go judging me for my incomparably dirty laundry, let me just say that I had a good reason…
These adorable little creatures got stuck (and I mean REALLY stuck) trying to come into this world. They all survived, but my jeans were definitely a casualty of this rescue mission. I managed to save a pile of adorable piggies but my jeans… well, yeah, lets get a close up of that again…
Ugh! These jeans smell even worse than they look. But, this was the perfect test to see if Goat Milk Laundry soap Cleans AND Deodorizes. My husband insisted that I throw the jeans away immediately, but why waste a perfect science experiment?
I loaded the jeans in the washer, added 2 tablespoons of Olde New England’s Goat Milk Laundry Soap . For this particular specimen, I knew I had an abundance of oil soaked into the jeans, so I added 1/2 cup of vinegar to the wash to aid in cutting the oil stains. I then held my nose, slammed the lid and ran away. No pre-soak, no bleach, no stain remover, that’s it.
The best part? There’s absolutely NO smell to them what so ever! The laundry soap is unscented, but it removed ALL of the stench. So there you have it, a pile full of adorable piggies and a pair of jeans that don’t look any worse for wear! Pretty impressive for 2 tablespoons of laundry soap and 1/2 cup of vinegar.
